SSCO GRIEVENCES

I am blogging a grievence that i am facing being a Short Service Commission Offr.For SSCOs opting for a Permt Commission aftr 10 yrs( as per new terms) the loss of seniority is 21 mths, which is not justified. Can someone suggest a redressal pl?
